摘 要:农药残留是导致食品安全问题产生的因素,需要重视市场中所有流通食品的安全检测,以此保证人们的生命健康。质谱法是较为常用的一种检测方法,可以通过检测食物中的农药残留成分控制食品安全,具有分析能力强、精度高的特点。本文主要概述了食品样本中的农药残留检测技术,并介绍了各种质谱法的具体应用。

Application of Mass Spectrometry in the Analysis of Pesticide Residues in Food Samples

Abstract: Pesticide residue is a factor that causes food safety problems. It is necessary to pay attention to the safety testing of all circulating food in the market to ensure people’s life and health. Mass spectrometry is a common detection method, which can control food safety by detecting pesticide residues in food, and has the characteristics of strong analytical ability and high precision. In this paper, the detection techniques of pesticide residues in food samples were reviewed, and the specific applications of various mass spectrometry methods were introduced.
