摘 要:菜品的质量是影响餐饮企业经营成功与否的重要因素,也是餐饮企业能否长久发展的关键。现代餐饮企业的经营管理中,对菜品质量的把控提出了更高的要求。基于此,本文对餐饮企业菜品质量管理的问题进行了分析,并提出了一些解决对策。

Abstract: The quality of dishes is an important factor affecting the success of catering enterprises, and it is also the key to the long-term development of catering enterprises.
