浅谈大数据技术在食品安全监管中的运用

摘 要：本文通过分析我国食品安全监管现状，结合大数据技术特点与应用意义，阐明食品安全监管中引入大数据技术的对策，来构建食品安全监管系统，进而加强对食品安全的监管。
