食品微生物标准执行中存在的问题探讨

摘 要:微生物标准是食品安全标准体系的重要组成部分,在食品安全抽检过程中,微生物标准规定了样品抽样、储运、检验检测的基本要求。本文总结了检验检测机构在应用食品安全标准过程中发现的微生物检验标准、判定标准问题,并针对存在的问题进行分析,提出合理化建议,旨在为食品安全标准修订工作提供参考。

Discussion on Problems in the Implementation of Food Microbiological Standards

Abstract: Microbiological standards are an important part of the food safety standards system. In the process of food safety sampling, microbiological standards specify the basic requirements for sampling, storage and transportation, inspection and testing. This paper summarizes the problems of microbial inspection standards and discriminant standards found by inspection body and laborboratory in the application of food safety standards, and analyzes the existing problems and puts forward rationalized suggestions, aiming to provide reference for the revision of food safety standards.
