摘 要:随着我国食品科技的不断发展和进步,食品微生物检测结果的准确性也在不断提升。测量不确定度是食品检验结果的重要参照,其运用使得食品检测的可靠性得到了显著提升。本文从食品微生物测量不确定度的概念及特点出发,就食品微生物检测不确定度的应用进行研究和分析,为相关实验室工作者提供理论依据。

Application of Measurement Uncertainty in Food Microorganism Detection

Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of food science and technology in China, the accuracy of food microbiological testing results is also constantly improving. Measurement uncertainty is an important reference for food inspection results, and its application has significantly improved the reliability of food inspection. Based on the concept and characteristics of food microorganism measurement uncertainty, this paper studies and analyzes the application of food microorganism measurement uncertainty, which provides theoretical basis for related laboratory workers.

测量不确定度是表征合理地赋予被测量值的分散性与测量结果相关联的参数,是证明实验室中分析工作的真实性和准确性所必需的计量概念,为测定结果的准确性,特别是边缘值的合理分析提供技术支撑[1]。(剩余4608字)
