第三方机构实验室食品检测质量管理研究

摘 要：本文从第三方机构视角出发，概述了实验室食品检测的基本流程与价值，分析了质量管理体系、内部管理评审、指标化管理和人才综合素质方面存在的问题，并从改变思路、创新方法、细化指标和增强培训4个层面提出提升质量管理的对策。

Research on Quality Management of Food Testing in Third-Party Institutional Laboratories

Abstract： From the perspective of the third-party organization， this paper summarizes the basic process and value of laboratory food testing， analyzes the problems existing in quality management system， internal management review， index management and comprehensive quality of talents， and puts forward the countermeasures to improve quality management from four aspects： changing ideas， innovating methods， refining indicators and enhancing training.

自《中华人民共和国食品安全法》修订后，全国范围内的第三方食品检验机构遵循相关要求，在参考《食品检验机构资质认定条件》《检验检测机构资质认定能力评价 检验检测机构通用要求》《实验室质量控制规范 食品理化检测》等标准的前提条件下，加强实验室食品检测质量管理，包括对检测环境、仪器、流程、人员、方法、技术和报告等内容的系统性管理与专项化管理，有助于提升实验室食品检测的准确度、降低检测中的潜在风险[1]。（剩余2982字）
