食品添加剂在食品中使用现状及发展趋势

摘 要:消费者对食品色、香、味、形和质构等品质要求越来越高,食品生产加工过程中不可避免地会使用食品添加剂,以满足消费者需求,但是食品添加剂在使用过程中也会产生一定的问题。本文对我国当前食品添加剂使用中存在的问题进行探讨,分析其原因,并提出具体的对策建议,以期为我国食品添加剂行业健康发展提供参考。

Current Situation and Development Trend of Food Additives Used in Food

Abstract: Consumers have higher requirements for food color, smell, taste, shape, texture and other qualities. Food additives are inevitably used in food production and processing to meet consumer needs. But food additives in the process of use will also produce certain problems. This paper discusses the problems existing in the use of food additives in China, analyzes the causes of the problems, and finally puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide reference for the healthy development of food additives industry in China.
