摘 要:目前,测定糖浆DE值常用的方法是GB/T 20885—2007的方法,此方法较为成熟,操作简单,但要得到准确的DE值测定结果会受很多因素的影响。为确保检测数据的准确性,本文对影响DE值测定结果准确性的关键因素展开论述,以期为相关工作提供参考。

Abstract: At present, the commonly used method for measuring the DE value of syrup is the method of

GB/T 20885—2007. This method is relatively mature and simple to operate. However, to obtain an accurate DE value measurement result is affected by many factors. In order to ensure the accuracy of the detection data, this paper discusses the key factors affecting the accuracy of the DE value measurement results, in order to provide reference for related work.
