辽宁省沈阳市2021年度收获稻谷品质分析与评价

摘 要：本文综合分析了辽宁省沈阳市2021年度收获的27个有代表性的稻谷品种的品质情况，根据品质指标分析评价结果，更好地引导农民种植优质品种，指导粮食收储企业科学收储粮食。评价结果表明，辽粳399等26个品种均满足优质稻谷标准规定。

Analysis and Evaluation on the Quality of Paddy Harvested in 2021 in Shenyang， Liaoning Province

Abstract： This paper studies the quality of 27 representative paddy varieties harvested in Shenyang， Liaoning province in 2021， analyze the evalution results according to the quality indicators， better guide farmers to plant high-quality varieties， guide grain collection and storage enterprises to collect and store grain scientifically. The evaluation results showed that Liaojing 399 and other 26 varieties met the standard of high quality paddy.
