湿米粉质量风险和生产许可审查要点探讨

摘 要:本文通过对广东地区湿米粉的生产过程中可能存在的质量风险进行梳理分析,结合新发布的《食品安全地方标准 湿米粉生产和经营卫生规范》(DBS 44/017—2021)的要求,提出实施该类产品生产许可审查的要点,以供实际工作参考。

Discussion on Quality Risks and Main Points of Production License Review of Wet Rice Noodles
