摘 要：确保食品质量安全需要加大监督执法力度，强化企业主体责任，政府部门要做好业务指导、企业主体要做好内部管理、社会各界要做好外部监督，多维度全方位地积极发挥人的主导作用，充分利用科技创新力量，多措并举，齐抓共管，保障食品质量安全。

Abstract： To ensure food quality and safety， it is necessary to strengthen supervision and law enforcement， strengthen the responsibility of the main body of the enterprise， government departments should do a good job of business guidance， enterprises should do a good job of internal management， all sectors of society should do a good job of external supervision， multi-dimensional play an active role in all aspects of human dominance， make full use of the power of scientific and technological innovation， take multiple measures at the same time， and jointly manage food safety， so as to ensure food quality and safety.
