食品接触材料安全监管环节控制研究

摘 要：中国食品安全问题是目前国际关注度最大的问题之一，食物所接触的材料质量是否安全会影响食物的安全性。近年来，食品接触材料及有关产品的质量安全问题被新闻媒体普遍报道，相关监管部门要采取措施，做好食品接触材料的质量安全监管工作。

Abstract： Food safety in China is one of the most concerned issues in the world. Whether the quality of materials contacted by food is safe or not will affect the safety of food. In recent years， the quality and safety problems of food contact materials and related products have been widely reported by the news media. The relevant regulatory authorities should take measures to do a good job in the quality and safety supervision of food contact materials.
