浅谈动物性食品药物残留的危害及对策

摘 要：药物残留在动物性食品中较为常见的问题，会对人们的身心健康产生威胁，且不利于我国养殖行业的发展。本文简要介绍了动物性食品药物残留原因，分析了动物性食品药物残留造成的危害，并提出了减少动物性食品药物残留对策，以期助力于提升动物性食品的安全性，满足人们对于动物性食品的需求。

Harm and Countermeasures of Drug Residues in Animal Food

Abstract： Drug residue is a common problem in animal food， which will threaten people’s physical and mental health， and is not conducive to the development of China’s aquaculture industry. This article briefly introduces the reasons for drug residues in animal foods， analyzes the harm caused by drug residues in animal foods， and proposes countermeasures to reduce drug residues in animal foods， in order to help improve the safety of animal food and meet people’s demand for animal food.
