青海贵德地区藏族面食与文化研究
——以加卜查村为例
摘 要:在多元文化共生的青海省贵德地区,各民族文化相互影响,面食既是区分族群边界的参照物,也是推动多元一体中华民族形成的“民族融合媒介”。吃与不吃面食这种行为下反映的是对藏族文化的认同与族群身份的界定。本文以青海贵德地区加卜查村为田野点,探讨面食在当地藏族族群中的表现及汉藏饮食边界的模糊化。

Abstract: In Guide area of Qinghai province, where diverse cultures coexist, various ethnic cultures interact with each other. Pasta is not only a reference to distinguish ethnic boundaries, but also to promote the formation of a “national integration medium” for the diverse and integrated Chinese nation. Eating or not eating pasta reflects the identification of Tibetan culture and the definition of ethnic identity. Based on the field of Jabucha village in Guide prefecture, Qinghai province, the performance of pasta among local Tibetan ethnic groups and the blurriness of the boundary between the Han nationality and Tibetan diet was discussed in this paper.

贵德古为羌戎地,明洪武十三年(公元1380年)贵德城修建竣工,迁河州48户至贵德[1],后又调河州百户王猷、周签、刘庆3人携家眷来到贵德,设立王、刘、周三屯,多民族交汇于此,形成独特的文化。(剩余3872字)
