紫外分光光度法在食品检测及食品安全分析中的应用
摘 要:紫外可见光分光光度法是利用物质对不同波长范围内紫外可见光的吸收能力不同对物质进行定性和定量分析。食品是人们生活必需的物质,对其成分进行检测和安全分析具有重要的意义。紫外可见光分光光度法由于具有操作简单、灵敏度高、适用范围广等优点被广泛应用于食品检测和安全分析中。

Abstract: UV-Vis spectrophotometry can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances because of their different absorbability to UV-Vis light in different wavelengths. Food is a kind of necessary substance for human life, and it is of great significance for the analysis of its composition and food safety. UV-Vis spectrophotometry is widely used in food detection and safety analysis because of its simple operation, high sensitivity and wide range of application.
