浅析基层食品安全监管工作管理措施

摘 要:为做好基层食品安全监管工作,笔者以自身工作实践为基础,结合新形势下的基层食品安全监管现状,重点提出了一系列做好基层食品安全监管的措施,以期为相关监管人员提供参考。

Abstract: In order to do a good job of grass-roots food safety supervision, the author, based on his own work practice, combined with the current situation of grass-roots food safety supervision under the new situation, mainly put forward a series of measures to do the grass-roots food safety supervision, in order to provide reference for the relevant supervisors.

就基层食品安全现状而言,随着市场准入制度和对食品安全的严格监管,假冒伪劣食品进入大型商超的机会越来越小,但也有一些地区因经济发展相对滞后、食品经营者和消费者对食品安全意识淡薄等原因,造成市场存在假冒伪劣食品现象偏多,这些地区成为了食品安全监管的难点和薄弱环节,对此加强基层食品安全监管工作仍然十分重要[1]。(剩余4556字)
