L-抗坏血酸脂肪酸酯的合成及应用研究进展

摘 要：L-抗坏血酸脂肪酸酯是L-抗坏血酸的一种重要的衍生物，具有良好的抗氧化性、抗衰老及抗肿瘤等作用，且脂溶性较好，在食品、化妆品、医药等诸多领域被广泛应用，具有较高的研究价值和广阔的应用前景。本文介绍了L-抗坏血酸脂肪酸酯的合成方法及应用，并对其发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract： L-ascorbyl fatty acid esters are important derivatives of L-ascorbic acid， with good antioxidant， anti-aging and anti-tumor effects， and good lipid solubility， widely used in food， cosmetics， medicine and other industries， have high research value and broad application prospects. In this paper， the synthesis and application of L-ascorbyl fatty acid esters are introduced， and their development prospect is also prospected.
