摘 要：加强食品安全监管对保障食品质量安全具有重要意义。本文从当前食品安全现状出发，分析了影响食品安全的因素，并提出了确保食品质量与安全的管理措施，以期为食品相关行业工作的开展提供一定的参考。

Abstract： Strengthening food safety supervision is of great significance to ensuring food quality and safety.Starting from the current current situation of food safety， this paper analyzes the factors affecting food safety， and put forward the measures to ensure food quality and safety， in order to provide some reference for the development of food-related industries.
