摘 要:目的:研究分析乳矿物盐与牛磺酸复合片剂的安全性与功能特性。方法:采用急性毒理学、遗传毒理学和90 d毒性试验,考察复合片剂安全性;同时,以高、中、低3个剂量组进行为期30 d的灌胃试验,分析其对小鼠体重、免疫器官指数、吞噬指数等免疫指标变化的影响。结果:毒理学试验表明对小鼠无毒副作用、无致畸、各项生理功能正常;与对照组比较,小鼠的体重与免疫器官指数均无显著的影响(P>0.05),但显著提高了小鼠的细胞免疫功能和单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能等免疫功能(P

Abstract: Objective: Research and analyze the safety and functional characteristics of milk mineral salt and taurine compound tablets.
