摘 要：本文以食品安全管理为研究主题，对大数据背景下数字化技术在食品安全管理中的作用进行了介绍，对大数据背景下对食品安全管理中存在的问题进行了分析，在此基础上，对大数据背景下食品安全管理的应用策略进行了探讨。
