校企双导师制模式下职业院校青年教师职业能力培养路径研究
摘要 “双高计划”及“双师型”队伍建设背景下,青年教师是支撑职业教育改革的关键后备力量,其职业能力的发展至关重要。校企双导师制是推动青年教师向“双师型”教师成长的重要举措,当前仍面临实施细则和鼓励政策缺乏、培训体系不健全、粗放式成长规划管理、自我提升意愿不强等困境。

Abstract Under the background of "Double-high plan" andl"double-qualified" team construction, young teachers are the key reserve force supporting the vocational education refform, and the development of their professional ability is very important. Although school-enterprise dual-tutor systenn is an important measure to promote young teachers to grow into "dual-teacher" teachers, it still faces difficulties such as lack of implementation rules and encouragement policies, imperfect training system, extensive growth planning alnd management, and weak desire for self-improvement.
