普通高校“1+N”协同育人本科生导师制模式探究

摘要 本科生导师制是本科阶段人才培养的重要形式,为了进一步丰富本科生导师制的研究内容,为本科生导师制实施提供参考,文章分析了实施本科生导师制的必要性和存在的问题,并在国内外本科生导师制模式研究的基础上,提出普通高校“1+N”协同育人本科生导师制模式。

Abstract Undergraduate tutorial system is an important form of talent training at the undergraduate stage. In order to further enrich the research content of undergraduate tutorialsystem and provide reference for the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system, this paper analyzes the necessity and existing problems of implementing undergraduate tutorial system, and puts forward the "1+n" collaborativeeducation undergraduate tutorial system model in colleges and universities based on the research of undergraduate tutorial system model at home and abroad.
