[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinical impactof predictiveChinesemedicine （CM） nursing interventioncombined withroutinecareonpostoperativebladdercancer（PBC）patientsundergoingintravesicalchemotherapy.MethodsAtotalof100 PBC patientsscheduledfor intravesicalchemotherapywereenroledandrandomlydividedintotwo groups：acontrol groupandan observationgroup，with5Ocasesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursing care，including intravesical chemotherapymanagementand psychologicalcounseling.Theobservation groupreceived thesameroutinecaresupplemented with aseries of predictiveCMnursing interventions.Both groupsunderwenta2-month interventionperiod.Thechanges inblader capacity，OLearntitesitialitistodexCS，Hamloietyale（H），mlepreioae）， Pitsurghslpalitdex（SQ，soeveritydex（S，ortf-36althvey（SF-36）orsaswellasa tolerance，incidenceofadversereactions，medicalcompliancebehavior，andprognosisstatuswereevaluatedinthetwogroupsof patientsbeforetheintervention，at-monthand-monthpost-intervention.TheinterventionefectswerethencomparedResults Comparedwiththelevelsbeforeinterventionandat1-monthpost-intervention，aswellaswiththecontrolgroup，thebservation group demonstrated a significant increase in bladder capacity at 2-month post-intervention （ Pe <0.01）.For both groups， scores on ICSI， HAMA，HAMD，SQIndIdcreasedsignificantlyatonthndonthostnterventionomparedwiththepreteion levels （ 0.05， P<0.0 1）.Conclusion PredictiveCMusinginterentioscanectielyameloatepysiologicalstatussyhologicalwellingandtreatmentcolance inPBC patientsundergoing intravesicalchemotherapybeyondoutinecarealone，demonstratingsignificantclinicalaplicability.
