[Abstract]Tachyarhythmia combined with anxietyanddepresionisaclinically commonpsychocardiological disease. Chinesemedicine demonstratesuniqueadvantages in'managing thiscondition.Basedonthetheoryof "circumfluenceof qi"， ProfesorDUWuxunidentiesitsorepathogenesisas"spleendeficencyandliverdepresson，withwindfiredisturbingteind". Specifically，liverdepressionandimpairedqiregulationanddischargeserveastheproximatecause，whilesplenstomach weaknessandthefailureofthespleentotransportandregulateconstitutetherotcause.Moreover，"windfiredisturbingthemind" servesasthecritcalpathogeniclinkinthedevelopmentoftachyarrythmiacombinedwithanxietyanddepressionmanifesting throughtwopathologicalprocessesof"spleenqifilingtoascend，liverqisinkingdownwardandgeneratingintealwindnd transformingintofire"；"stomachqifailingtodescendgalbladerqistagnatingandsurging，withsovereignandministeriafire flaringupward".Terefore，thetreamentprincipleemphasies"fortifyingandactivatinghespleenandstomachstransprtfunction， regulatingqitorelievestagnation，andextinguishingwindandpurgingfire"，whichaimstopivotthemidlejiao，regulateqi movement，balanceyinandyangthusrestoringthecyclicalaxisofqimovementtocalmthemindInaddition，threeverified
