[Abstract]Theoccurrenceand progressionofosteoporosis (OP)arecloselyassociatedwith the Chinesemedicine (CM) pathogenesisofliverand kidneydeficiencyandbloodstasis.However,thespecificmolecular mechanismsunderlyingremaintobe furtherelucidated. The osteoprotegerin (OPG)/receptoractivatorofnuclear factor- ∇⋅k B(RANK)/receptoractivatorofnuclear factor- ∇κB (2 ligand (RANKL)signalingpathaykeyguatorofteocastdierentiatioandonesoptio,asmegedsiialaet forthecurentpreventionandtreatmentofOP.GroundedintheCMpattrndiferentiationandtreatmentprincipleof"treating osteoporosisfromdeficiencyandblodstasis",thispaperexploresthemolecularbiologicalbasisandintemalconnectionsofliver andkideydeficiencyandbloodstasisinthepathogenesisofOPthroughthelensoftheOPG/RANK/RANKLsignalingpathway. TheaimistoprovideateoreticalandscientificfoundationfrommodemmedicineforCM-basedinterventionsinOP,andtooffer new perspectives for further researchand clinical applicationof CM in the preventionand treatment of OP.
