[Abstract]Theoccurrenceand progressionofosteoporosis （OP）arecloselyassociatedwith the Chinesemedicine （CM） pathogenesisofliverand kidneydeficiencyandbloodstasis.However，thespecificmolecular mechanismsunderlyingremaintobe furtherelucidated. The osteoprotegerin （OPG）/receptoractivatorofnuclear factor- ∇⋅k B（RANK）/receptoractivatorofnuclear factor- ∇κB （2 ligand （RANKL）signalingpathaykeyguatorofteocastdierentiatioandonesoptio，asmegedsiialaet forthecurentpreventionandtreatmentofOP.GroundedintheCMpattrndiferentiationandtreatmentprincipleof"treating osteoporosisfromdeficiencyandblodstasis"，thispaperexploresthemolecularbiologicalbasisandintemalconnectionsofliver andkideydeficiencyandbloodstasisinthepathogenesisofOPthroughthelensoftheOPG/RANK/RANKLsignalingpathway. TheaimistoprovideateoreticalandscientificfoundationfrommodemmedicineforCM-basedinterventionsinOP，andtooffer new perspectives for further researchand clinical applicationof CM in the preventionand treatment of OP.
