[Abstract]Underthenew medical education paradigm，thecultivationof Chinesemedicine （CM） health preservationtalents facesurgentdemandsforconceptual innovationandmodelreform.ThispaperexplorestheaplicationofNationalTCMMaster SUNGuangrong'sphilosophyof Zhonghe （harmonyandbalance）inconstructingatalentdevelopmentframework for CMhealth preservation.Asacorephilosophicalconceptintradional Chineseculture，"Zhonghe （harmonyandbalance）"permeatesboth cosmologicalperspectivesandhuman lifephilosophies.Buildingonthisphilosophy，thepaperproposesasix-inoneintegrated cultivationmodelcompasing"DeDoXueFaSuQi（viue，priciple，kowledge，methodlogytehnquesandtols）.Ins framework，virtueservesasthefoundation，guidingphilosophicalprinciples;principledirectsknowledgeacquisition;knowledge goversmethodologicaldesign;methodologyinformstechnicalapplication；andtechniquesdetermintolselection.Thissysteatic cultivation modelachievesanorganicintegrationof traditionalCMtheorieswith moderneducationalrequirements，providinga theoreticalbasisandpracticalreferenceframeworkforcultivatinginterdiscipliaryprofesionalsiCMealthpreservatioItolds significant implications for advancing medical education reformand supporting the "Healthy China" initiative.
