[Abstract]Underthenew medical education paradigm,thecultivationof Chinesemedicine (CM) health preservationtalents facesurgentdemandsforconceptual innovationandmodelreform.ThispaperexplorestheaplicationofNationalTCMMaster SUNGuangrong'sphilosophyof Zhonghe (harmonyandbalance)inconstructingatalentdevelopmentframework for CMhealth preservation.Asacorephilosophicalconceptintradional Chineseculture,"Zhonghe (harmonyandbalance)"permeatesboth cosmologicalperspectivesandhuman lifephilosophies.Buildingonthisphilosophy,thepaperproposesasix-inoneintegrated cultivationmodelcompasing"DeDoXueFaSuQi(viue,priciple,kowledge,methodlogytehnquesandtols).Ins framework,virtueservesasthefoundation,guidingphilosophicalprinciples;principledirectsknowledgeacquisition;knowledge goversmethodologicaldesign;methodologyinformstechnicalapplication;andtechniquesdetermintolselection.Thissysteatic cultivation modelachievesanorganicintegrationof traditionalCMtheorieswith moderneducationalrequirements,providinga theoreticalbasisandpracticalreferenceframeworkforcultivatinginterdiscipliaryprofesionalsiCMealthpreservatioItolds significant implications for advancing medical education reformand supporting the "Healthy China" initiative.
