[Abstract]Basedonclinical practice，ProfessorYOUZhaolinghasproposedastate-targetdiferentiationand treatment approachforpolysticovarysdomePCOS）.Thsmethodolgyintegatesclasificaonstagingandstatediferentiatioos intothePCOSdiagnosticandtherapeuticframework.ItestablishesamodernCMdiferentiationand treatmentsystemforPCOSat themacrolevelandenablestargetedinterventionsalignedwithsymptoms，signs，andbiochemicalindicatorsatthemicrolevel ProfessorYOUcategorizesPCOSinto"obese"and"ean"types，stages itacording tolifephasesand menstrualcycles，and identifiestheoverallpathologicalstatesas"stagationobsructionbloodstasis，andheat"Sheemplosselfdraftedforulas including modifiedShenxuGanyuFormula，YoushiShuangtuDecoction，Shenxu XueyuFormulaandDanzhi XiaoyaoPowderas coretargetedfomulas.Byintegratingsymptomtargetsandsigntargets，andmodiingtargeteddrugs，shecombinesthepathological states with therapeutic targets to establish a novel clinical diagnosis and treatment model for PCOS.
