[Abstract]Disciplinedevelopment isthecoreanddriving force topromote hospital advancement.Basedonthe Six-Box Model，aninvestigationintodisciplinedevelopmentmanagementatBrainHospitalof HunanProvince（TheSecondPeople's HospitalofHunanProvince）revealedseveralissues，includingconvergentgoals，lackoforganizationaloptimizationstructural imbalances inisciplneevelopent，andisuiintsupportstems.Toieospitaldiplindvelopentmagtit isessentialtostablishdatadrivendynamicbjectives，createawholeprosscolaborativemechanismfordisiplinemanageent andnhanceleadershipindisciplinedevelopmentThisapproachaimstocreateadiscipline managementsystemthatissystematic dynamic，and well-aligned with the hospital's overall strategic positioning.
