[Abstract]Disciplinedevelopment isthecoreanddriving force topromote hospital advancement.Basedonthe Six-Box Model,aninvestigationintodisciplinedevelopmentmanagementatBrainHospitalof HunanProvince(TheSecondPeople's HospitalofHunanProvince)revealedseveralissues,includingconvergentgoals,lackoforganizationaloptimizationstructural imbalances inisciplneevelopent,andisuiintsupportstems.Toieospitaldiplindvelopentmagtit isessentialtostablishdatadrivendynamicbjectives,createawholeprosscolaborativemechanismfordisiplinemanageent andnhanceleadershipindisciplinedevelopmentThisapproachaimstocreateadiscipline managementsystemthatissystematic dynamic,and well-aligned with the hospital's overall strategic positioning.
