Research on the Evaluation Mechanism of Innovative Talents in Intelligent Control Technology in the Context of Education Digitalization

Abstract： [Purposes] Aiming to systematicaly outline the new requirements for innovative talents in the field of intelligent control technology under the digitalization of education，providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for optimizing talent training programs in universities specializing in intelligent control technology，as wellas for talent selection and development in enterprises，thereby supporting innovative development and digital transformation in the field of inteligent control technology.[Methods] This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the existing talent evaluation mechanisms in the field of intelligent control technology. Closely integrating the context of educational digitalization and from the perspective of higher education teaching administrators，it summarizes the key elements for constructing an innovative talent evaluation system in digital vocational education.[Findings] The current evaluation mechanism for innovative talents in inteligentcontrol technology is not yet fullydeveloped，with the following main issues：the evaluation methods for innovative talents in this field are not suiciently diversified;the participants involved in the evaluation processare relatively limited; the traditional talent evaluation mechanism struggles to align with the needs of cultivating innovative talents in intelligent control technology;and the evaluation mechanism lacks foresight，scientific rigor，and systematic approach. [Conclusions] It is proposed to establish a multi-stakeholder and multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism through digital means，specifically by constructing a multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism with teachers as the main body，another with schools as the main body，and a third with enterprises as the main body.
