Research on the Mechanism and Path of Intellectual Property Finance Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements

Abstract： [Purposes] The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a critical component of the innovation-driven development strategy.Intellectual property finance serves as a bridge connecting innovation and capital，playing a significant role in this process.This study aims to explore the mechanisms and optimization pathways through which intellectual property finance facilitates the transformation of scientific and technological achievements，inorder to address the current structural challnges of low transformation efciencyand provide theoretical support and practical references for implementing the innovation-driven development strategy.[Methods] By analyzing the internal logic of how intellectual property finance promotes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements，this paper identifies existing structural obstacles and proposes a mechanism innovation framework based on a full life-cycle perspective，along with a multi-dimensional collaborative path optimization strategy.[Findings] The research finds that intellctual property finance facilitates the transformation of scientific and technological achievements through three mechanisms：signal transmission，risk sharing，and value realization.However，it faces constraints such as an imperfect evaluation system，underdeveloped market mechanisms，and insuficient product supply.[Conclusions] This study innovatively constructs a three-tier mechanism framework encompassing micro-level products，meso-level markets，and macro-level institutions. It further proposes a four-dimensional path optimization strategy to ensure its implementation. The four pathways respectively address issues such as weak infrastructure， limited service models， insufficient professional capabilities，and suboptimal ecological environments， forming a logical correspondence with the three-tier mechanism and collectively constituting a systematic solution.
