Research on the Current Situation and Improvement Strategies of Intellectual PropertyPublic ServicesinShandongProvince

Abstract： [Purposes] To enhance the efficiency of intellctual property public services in Shandong Province and build a convenient and beneficial intellctual property public service system.[Methods] Through policy analysis，literature review，field research， website experience，and other methods，the current situation of intellectual property public services in Shandong Province was analyzed，along with the gaps compared with advanced regions.Suggestions for improving the public service capacity of intellectual property in Shandong Province are proposed.[Findings] Shandong Province has carried out extensive and effective work in top-level design，service institution development，and information-based services for intellectual property public services.The level of intellectual property public services has been continuously improved.However，problems stil exist，such as uneven distribution of public service institutions，insufficiently smartand convenient information construction，and aneed for furtherimprovement in the talent cultivation mechanism for public services.[Conclusions] In the new context， Shandong must focus on optimizing the layout of public service institutions，constructing a high-standard intellectual property public information service platform，and strengthening the training of high-end intellectual property talents.These effrts will enhance the efficiency of intellectual property public services and provide strong support for building Shandong into a powerhouse of intellectual property.
