Abstract:Thecultivationofinnovationcapabilityisthecoreofgraduateeducation.Currently,thetrainingofMPA(Master ofPublicAdministration)talentsfacesseverechalenges,inludingweakinterdisciplinaryeducation,alackofdiferentiatedand personalizededucation,adisconectbetweenducationalcontentandpracticalaplication,andclosededucatioalproceses,all ofwhichhindertheenhancementofinovationabilityinMPAstudents.Thedevelopmentofmoderneducational-specificlarge modelsofersanunprecedentednwopportunitytoaddressthesechalenges.Toefectivelypromotethecultivationofinovation abilityinMPAstudents,theuseofeducational-specifclargemodelsisleveragedtoformanopenMPAinteligenteducation ecosystem,establishingahuman-machinecolaborativeinnovationmechanisminMPAeducation.Thiscreatesthetheoretical foundationfordrivingtheinnovationcapabiltycultivationofMPAstudentswitheducational-specificlargemodels.Byconstructing aframework that integrates "educational-specific large models + MPA innovation education," the intelligent transformation of educationalscenariosisimplementedalongwiththeinovationoftheMPAeducationsystembyembedingartificialintelligence andoptimizingeducationalcontent.ThisprovidesaclearimplementationpathwayforempoweringMPAstudents'inovationability cultivatiothrougheducational-specificlargemodels.Despitethechallngesofashortageofinterdisciplinaryteachersandethical risksassociatedwithlarge modelsinMPAeducation,thiscanbeadresedbyoptimizing theteacher workforcestructureand buildinganethicalreviewmechanism.ResearchindicatesthatthedepempowermentofMPAstudents‘innovationcapabilityby educational-specificlargemodelsefectivelyrespondstothesechallenges,promotestheinovativedevelopmentofMPAeducation, and cultivates high-level innovative talents in public management.
