“多元、多维、多层次”协同的地方院校地学人才培养模式创新与实践

摘  要:为主动适应新一轮科技与产业变革,支撑服务创新驱动发展,使地方院校地学人才培养更好地服务行业与地方经济发展,提出并实践“多元、多维、多层次”协同的地方院校地学人才培养模式,包括“六元一体”协同育人机制、“一体六维”协同育人路径和“目标导向、多层次”协同育人体系。

Abstract: In order to actively adapt to the new round of technological and industrial changes, support service innovation driven development, and better serve the industry and local economic development in the cultivation of geoscience talents in local universities, a "diversified, multi-dimensional, and multi-level" collaborative model for geoscience talent cultivation in local universities has been proposed and implemented. It includes the "six elements integrated" collaborative education mechanism, the "One Body and Six Dimensions" collaborative education path and the "goal oriented, multi-level" collaborative education system.

為主动应对新一轮科技革命与产业变革,支撑服务创新驱动发展等国家战略[1-3],教育部积极推进新工科建设,全力探索形成领跑全球工程教育的中国模式、中国经验,助力高等教育强国建设[4-6],这对高等教育提出了新的要求,即高校人才培养应能适应社会、行业的新发展,具有自适应能力[7-10]。(剩余3890字)
