摘  要：将过程管理理论运用到学生党建实践基地建设和运行中，使教育与实践相结合，实现学生党建实践基地建设的科学化水平，使高校学生党建实践教育工作推陈出新，促进工作提升，达到培养学生的最终目的。

Abstract： In this paper we apply the process management to the construction and management of the Student Party Practice Base. In this way the education and the practice can be combined; the scientific level of the Student Party Practice base raised; innovation achieved; and ultimately， students can be cultivated.
