高等院校化学研究生创新实践能力培养的探讨

摘  要：研究生是我国学术研究、技术革新的主力军和生力军，研究生教育的核心是创新能力的培养。文章针对目前高等农业院校化学学科研究生创新能力不足的现状，立足于农业特色加强研究生创新和实践能力培养的实施内容，从而创建高层次创新人才培养的新体系。

Abstract： Graduate students are the main force and fresh force in the academic research and technological innovation in China. The core of postgraduate education is the cultivation of innovative ability. At present， the postgraduates of chemistry discipline in higher agricultural colleges are lack of innovative capacity in the paper. We strengthen the implementation of the contents of postgraduate innovative and practical capabilities in order to establish a new system for high-level innovative talent cultivation.
