Abstract:The“Dual Tutoring System”is acollaborative education system for cultivating outstandingearlychildhood teachers through cooperation between universities and kindergartens.This paper reviews the research progress on this topic from the aspects oftheconceptof the“Dual Tutoring System,”theconstructionof collaborative education models, implementation efects,influencing factors,existing problems,and improvement strategies.It also points outthat current research stillfaces issues suchas unclearconceptual connotations of the“Dual Tutoring System,”the need for stronger design research,a lack of research onoperational mechanisms,a monotonous research methodology,and low-quality research outcomes.Future research should clarify core concepts,conduct action research ranging from system design to implementationandreflection,explore theoperationalmechanisms ofcollaborativeeducationin the“Dual Tutoring System,”andadopt multidisciplinary perspectives and various types of research methods to promote deeper research in this field.
