人工智能赋能高校思政教育的机理、风险及其规制研究

Abstract：Artificial Inteligence（AI），with its powerful advantages indata processng，deep learning，and human-computerinteraction，is penetrating intovarious fieldsof humanlearning，work，andlife inan increasingly widespread and indepth manner.Asanimportant forceinpromoting thedevelopmentofideologicaland politicaleducationinuniversities， Artificial Intelligence thinkingleads theinnovationofeducationalconcepts，ArtificialIntellgence technologypromotes the transformationof educational methods，andArtificial Inteligence ecosystem further expands theboundariesand fieldsof ideologicalandpoliticaleducation.Intheprocessofempowering ideologicalandpoliticaleducationinuniversitieswithAr tificial Intellgence，we alsofacemanyrisks，suchas theexcessivepromotionofdigitaltechnologythat weakens thesubjectivity of educators，data hegemonythreatening the securityof mainstream ideology in society，and algorithmic black boxes that maycause ethical imbalances.Tothis end，wewillexplore regulatory paths from thre aspects：enhancing the digital literacyof ideologicalandpolitical teachersinuniversities，expanding thesupplyofhigh-qualityeducationalresources，and coordinating regulations andethics toensure the practical valueof empowering ideological and political education in universities with Artificial Intelligence.
