Abstract：Based on the“Fundamentals of Two-Dimensional Design”course，this study adheres to the conceptof“New Liberal Arts”construction and，grounded in Bloom’s Cognitive Hierarchy Theory，proposes a six-step interconnected chainteaching modelof“Observing，Thinking，Describing，Doing，Aplying and Evaluating.”This model systematically optimizes the teaching framework of foundational courses indesign disciplines.Byconstructinga digital-inteligent “knowledge mapping”system，dynamic reorganizationof teaching resources isachieved.The introduction of cro-disciplinary“lessn study”approaches deepenscollaborative innovation across fields，whilethe integrationof ideological and political education with a multifaceted evaluation mechanismcomprehensively enhances thecourse’s advanced nature，innovativeness，and level of chalenge.This research provides ascalable innovative pathway and practical model forreforming foundational design courses in the new era.
