AbstractTo studythe design strategies for planting street trees,the research methods of stret particulate matter difusion,theregulatory mechanismofstrettre parametersonstreetparticulate matterdiffusion wereanalyzed,andon this basis,the impact of street tree planting methods onstreet particulate matter difusion wassystematically sortedout. The research methods for particulate mater diffusion mainly include three approaches: field measurement,wind tunnel tests,and numerical simulation.Each method has itsownadvantages andlimitations.Numerical simulation is currently the mainresearch method.The regulatory mechanisms mainly include 2 pathways: aerodynamics and blade absorption. The influencing factors mainly include the types of street trees,treeheight,treecrown shape and densityand planting methods,etc.The dust retentioncapacityof diferenttypesofstreet rees varies.The heightand shapeof the tree canopy can fect the ventilation capacityof the stret,and thereby influencethe diffusioncapacityof particulate mattr.The effct of planting methodswith different plant spacings on particulate matter concentration shows nonlinear characteristics.In the future,in-depthresearch canbeconductedonit from theaspects of multi-parametercoupling, multi-functional trade-ofsandAI.Thisarticle providesareference forthesustainabledevelopmentof cities and the construction of human settlements.
