AbstractToclarify theinfluenceof diferentagronomic traitsonrice yield,agreyrelational analysis was conducted to investigate thecorrelationbetweenagronomic traitsand yieldusing 11hybridrice varieties,including Quanliangyou 985and QuanyoulOo1.Variance analysis wasalso performed on the plot yield of each rice variety.The resultsshowedthattherelational degreebetween1Oagronomictraitsand yield,indescending order,wasas follows: growth period (0.859 8)> plant height (0.8257)> seed-setting rate (0.763 1) > 1000-grain weight (0.740 6)> panicle length (0.7342)> number of effective earsper plant (0.6753)> total grain number (0.6347)> filled grains per panicle (20 (0.623 9)> number of filled grains (0.622 0)> total grains per panicle (0.562 1). According to the principle of grey relationalanalysis,thegrowthperiodwasidentifiedastheprimaryfactoraffectingtheyieldof thetestedricevarieties. The variance analysis results indicatedthat the plot yield of Quanliangyou985 was significantlydiferentfrom other varietiesatboth theO.O5andO.O1levels.ExceptforQuanliangyouJingsimiao,theplotyieldsoftheother nine varieties were significantly higherthanthatofFengliangyou No.4(CK).Overall,nine varieties,includingQuanliangyou 985, Quanyou 1OO1,and Quankeyou 211, demonstrated promising prospects for widespread cultivation.
