Abstract：Under the rural revitalization strategy，the sustainable development of rural finance faces numerous challenges，including limited financial management awareness，a shortage of professional talent，and a narrowrange of funding sources. These issues constrain the flexibility and sustainability of the rural economy.To overcome these challenges，it is essential to strengthen financial management training to improve personnel competencies；diversify financing channels to atract a wider range of funding sources；refine financial systems to enhance transparency and standardization; and strengthen policy support to foster innovation and address emerging needs.These strategies offer valuable guidance for policymakers bypromoting the scientificand standardized management of rural finance，creating conditions for stable rural economic growth，and facilitating agricultural development，rural prosperity，and improved livelihoods for farmers．Moving forward，these measuresthrough practical validation and continuous refinementwill more efectivelysupport the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
