Introduction to ZHAO Hengxia's Experience in Treating Benign Thyroid Nodules Based on Six Constraints Theory

Abstract：This article introduces Professr ZHAO Hengxia's clinical experience in treating benign thyroid nodules based onthe six constraints theory.Professr ZHAO proposes that the occurrence and development of benign hyroid nodules are closely related to the six constraints，with the core pathogenesis summarizedas "liver depression and qi stagnationas theonset，bindingofphlegmand bloodstasisas the manifestation，and yindeficiencyandfiredepression as the chronic transformation." She created the experienced prescription Jialiu Prescription，which primarily focuseson soothing the liver，strengthening the spleen，resolving phlegm，and removing blood stasis.The prescription also pays attentionto the potentialdevelopmentof "firedepression，"integrating clearing，eliminating，tonifying，andregulating into one prescription.It regulates the liver and spleen，treatsqi and blood simultaneously，and combines dynamic and staticapproaches，embodying the principle of "disipating the six constraintsand interrupting the transmissionand transformation."Clinical practicealsoconsiders the humidand hot climate of Lingnanregionand the patient's constitution，resulting in good curative effects.

赵恒侠教授为深圳市名中医，临证治学40余年，对甲状腺良性结节的诊疗有着独到见解，基于朱丹溪“六郁”理论，强调“郁则壅滞，不通则病”，创制甲瘤方，临证屡获佳效，笔者师从学习，现总结赵恒侠教授基于六郁理论治疗甲状腺良性结节的经验，介绍如下。（剩余7568字）
