Abstract：This paper summarizes Professor YU Minfeng's clinical experience in treating pediatric diseases with Fuhe Decoction basedonthe theory offivecirculations and sixqi.In clinical practice，Profesor YUMinfeng flexibly appliesthetheoryoffivecirculationsandsixqi.Bycomprehensivelyanalyzingtheseasonalqicharacteristics atthe time of the patient's birth，onset of disease，and consultation，combined with theclinical manifestationsfrom the four diagnostic methods，she identifies the symptoms and diferentiates syndromes to grasp the key pathogenesis.Focusing on the pathogenic characteristics of wind stiring，fire blazing，and dampnessaccumulation，she uses Fuhe Decoction to treat various pediatric diseases，which embodies the holistic viewof "correspondence between heavenand human" in traditional Chinese medicine and the diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics of temporal-spatial medicine.

喻闽凤教授系深圳市中医院儿科主任中医师，深圳市地方级领军人才，江西省名中医，国家中医药管理局第三批中医优秀临床人才，从事中医儿科临床工作30余年，师从龙砂医学流派传承人顾植山教授，临床善于运用五运六气理论，秉承“天人合一”的思想，临证应用敷和汤治疗多种儿科疾病，笔者师从学习，现整理喻闽凤教授基于五运六气理论诊治儿科疾病的临床经验，介绍如下。（剩余8173字）
