Abstract：Thisarticle introduces Professor YANG Fuxia's clinical experience in treating infertility with thin endometrium.Professor YANG positsthat thin endometrium-related infertilityprimarilyresults from yin-yang imbalance，zang-fu dysfunction，and phlegm-stasis obstructing thecollateral.Based on the Three Begets All Things theory，she employs a comprehensive acupuncture approach incorporating：tripartite point selection （upper/middle/ lower body regions），longitude-latitude point combination，gentle needle manipulation techniques，and synergistic ear-body acupuncture protocols.
