Study on Correlation Among CALLY Index，CTl and Diabetic Nephropathy Complicated with Sarcopenia

Abstract：Objective：To explore the correlation among C-reactive protein-albumin-lymphocyte（CALLY) index，C-reactive protein-triglyceride-glucose index(CTI)anddiabeticnephropathy（DN）complicated with sarcopenia. Methods:The medical records of 120 DN complicated with sarcopenia patientsand 60DN patients treated in Wenling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to April2O25 were retrospectivelyanalyzed，the CALLY index andCTIlevel were compared between thetwo groups，and the relationshipofCALLY index and CTI level with step count，grip strength and appendicular skeletal muscle mass index （ASMI）was analyzed；the differences in
