Introduction of JIANG Shulong's Experience of Applying Shensu Yin in Treating Different Diseases with the Same Method Based on Theory of Deficiency with Qi Stagnation

Abstract：This article introduces Profesor JIANG Shulong's clinical experience inapplying Shensu Yin to treat diferent diseases with the same method basedon thetheoryof "deficiency with qi stagnation."Professor JIANG contends thatalthough ShensuYinis commonly prescribedasan exterior-releasing formula for exogenous diseases，its core syndrome treated centers on three key elements：deficiency，constraint，and stagnation-aligning with the pathogenesis of "deficiency with qistagnation."He identifies thispathogenesisas spleen deficiencyfailing in transportation，liverqiconstraintfailing toascend，dysfunctionofqi movement inthe midleenergizer，andcongealed phlegm-damp.Consequently， Shensu Yin demonstrateseficacyin treating various internal injury disorders. Professor JIANG achieves significant clinical results by modifying Shensu Yin to treat diverse internal diseases such as tumor-related fatigue，chronic gastritis，and tension-type headache under the principleof treating diffrent diseases with the same method.
