Abstract：Nocturia，characterized by increased nighttme voiding frequency，is a lower urinary tract symptom disorder with complex etiologyand insidious onset.This article elucidates Profesor FENG Shulan's clinical approach integrating traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern anatomy.Leveraging decades of experience，she combines the bowstring theory from acupotomy medicine with myofascial chain theory，applying Baliao points releaseand lumbopelvic release techniques to manage nocturia.This article aims to advance therapeutic strategies for nocturia.
