Abstract：This article introduces Profesor XU Yunsheng's clinical experience in treating glucolipid metabolic disorders（GLMD）basedonthepathological states of stagnation，turbidity，stasis，toxin，anddeficiency．Professor XU posits that GLMD manifests as deficiencyinorigin and excess in superficiality.Itscore pathogenesis lies in the failureof liver to govern the free flowof qi and impaired qi transformation，leading tocongestionand stagnation of essential nutrients.He proposes the five-state transmision theory（stagnation-turbidity-stasis-toxin-deficiency）， elucidating thedynamicprogressionwhereinliverdysfunctiondisrupts the tripleenergizer's pivotal mechanism， resulting in the binding of turbidityand stasis that ultimatelydamages colaterals．Treatmentcenterson dispersing stagnationand eliminating turbid-toxins，integrating theessenceofclasscalformuladesign toestablishastage-specific therapeutic system.At qi-stagnation stage，the treatment is to regulate the pivotal mechanism to restore qi transformation．At turbidity-accumulation stage，the treatment is to use spleen-activatingand turbidity-resolving medicinals tocleanse impurities．At stasis-toxin stage，the treatment is toapplycollateral-unblockingand toxinremoving formulas to eliminate entrenched pathogens.Atdeficiency-consumption stage，the treatment is to administer heart-kidney harmonizing Chinese medicine to consolidate genuine qi.

徐云生教授是国家百千万人才工程“岐黄学者”，第七批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师，“泰山学者”特聘专家，山东省“中医药杰出贡献奖”获得者，山东省有突出贡献中青年专家，山东省名老中医（药）专家，山东名中医药专家，山东省五级中医药师承教育项目指导老师，从事代谢性疾病诊疗工作30余年，对糖脂代谢病的中医治疗积累了丰富经验，形成了从郁、浊、、毒、虚论治的独特学术思想，扶正祛邪，标本兼治，经长期临床实践总结出相应的经验方，疗效显著。（剩余6106字）
