Introduction to LI Chuangpeng's Experience in Treating Acute Heart Failure with Modi fied Fuzi Lizhong Decoction Based on Circle-Motion Theory

Abstract：Based on the circle-motion theory，Director LI Chuangpeng proposes that the core pathogenesis of acute heartfailure lies in deficiency-coldof thecentral earth andearth-dampness stagnation，andthecollpseof kidney yinand kidneyyang is thecritical factors of disease progression．The applicationof modifiedFuzi Lizhong Decoctionaims to invigorate spleenand activate earth movement，and consolidate central qi，supplemented by astringingthe lungto directqidownward，and soothing the liverandregulatingqi movement.This therapyfacilitates the restorationof "unimpeded qi circulation" in patients，therebyproviding valuable insightsand methodologies forthe clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of acute heart failure.
