Abstract:While the meridian circulation system of the twelve channels is well-established incurrent channel and collateral theory, the uniquevalue of thefive transport points’Liuzhu(dynamic flow)remains underexplored. This studytraces theoriginal meaningof"Lingshu"(The SpiritualPivot)fromtheHuang DiNeiJing(TheYellwEmperor's Inner Classic)and proposes thetheoreticalmodelof "Lingshu Initiating Yang".Itexaminesthe pivotalroleof the five transport points through the perspectiveof harmony between the human bodyand nature.Furthermore,it investigates the systematicconnections among the five transport points, seasons, five zang-organs,and the five body constituents, clarifying thecomplete centripetalflowof yangqi fromtheextremities through thesequence from Jing points to He points.Integrating the theory of Three Yin and Three Yang, the study establishes a diagnostic approach synergizing pulse manifestationswith superficial bodily characteristics.Building on this foundation andguided by prnciples recorded in Lingshu, atherapeutic strategyof"tonifying theexterior-interiorrelatedchannels hiledraining theafected chanel"is developed.Clinical evidence from classical case studiesdemonstrates thatthe dynamic flowofthe five transport points constitute an independent operational system.
